Order test
For €20, you can order the sample collection kit and have it delivered to the address of your choice.

Your customer collects the sample and sends it to our lab in the prepaid envelope.
Get results
You'll gain access to the customer dashboard and AI-powered insights and recommendations.
Completion
Once the analysis is complete, a fee of €60 will be charged.
Fragen & Antworten
The second payment of €70 will not be charged until the customer sample has been analyzed. This protects you financially in case the analysis is not performed.

Der Account, der den Test aktivert, erhält die Ergebnisse im Dashboard.
Im Paket ist dazu ein Flyer mit Aktivierungscode enthalten. Aktiviert ihr Kunde den Test, können sie im Nachheinein die Kund:innen-Probe in ihren eigenen Account verlinken.
If you enable the test in your account, you can create a separate profile for each of your customers, complete with the corresponding samples.
The system is designed to minimize your financial risk as much as possible. You pay €20 for the kit, which includes the sample collection kit and round-trip shipping. Any additional costs (€70) will only be billed to you after the customer sample has been analyzed. This protects you financially in the event that the analysis is not performed.
