For €20, you can order the sample collection kit and have it delivered to the address of your choice.
Customer sends test
Your customer collects the sample and sends it to our lab in the prepaid envelope.
Get results
You'll gain access to the customer dashboard and AI-powered insights and recommendations.
Completion
Once the analysis is complete, a fee of €60 will be charged.
Frequently asked Questions
The second payment of €70 will not be charged until the customer sample has been analyzed. This protects you financially in case the analysis is not performed.
Simply enter your preferred shipping address during checkout. A prepaid return envelope is included with every kit.
The account that activates the test will receive access to the results in the online dashboard..
Each kit includes an activation card with a unique activation code. If your customer activates the test themselves, you can later link their sample to your own professional account.
Alternatively, if you activate the test in your own account, you can create a separate profile for each customer and assign the corresponding sample, allowing you to manage all customer results from a single dashboard..
The system is designed to minimize your financial risk as much as possible. You pay €20 for the kit, which includes the sample collection kit and round-trip shipping.
Any additional costs (€70) will only be billed to you after the customer sample has been analyzed. This protects you financially in the event that the analysis is not performed.
