The assignment takes place during the activation process. An enclosed flyer contains the activation link and the individual activation code. During the activation process, simply select the desired customer profile so that the sample is assigned correctly right away.
New customers can create a new profile here at any time.
If your customers prefer to manage their samples in their own account with their own access, the samples can also be linked to your partner profile.
Once the sample arrives at our lab, you will typically receive the results within 6 to 10 business days. We will also keep you informed via email about the key milestones during the analysis process.
